Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing modality from Japan that uses “universal life force energy,” also known as qi or ki) in which the practitioner (me) moves stagnant energy and release blockages through your body with my hands. This clearing allows for alignment of the emotional and physical body to bring you closer to the life-force within yourself.

In an hour-long session, we begin with conversation and breath work to meet the present moment. The presence is where healing happens; it is the place where greatest harmony occurs between the physical and emotional bodies.
