Hi there — I’m Daisy, a Certified Wellness Coach who can help you rediscover yourself through open dialogue, movement, and self-reflection practices — so that you can live a good-ass life.
How can I help you?
Life moves quickly, and it can be easy to be caught in the swirl. We may feel stuck, anxious, burnt out, experience low self-esteem, general unease, or engage in unhealthy eating habits. My job is to help you live your fullest life by grounding you in your purpose and goals.
What’s the process?
You can think of me as a professional friend who guides you back to yourself through proper systems, accountability, and support.
I’ll ask you questions to uncover the most important things in your life, and together we set goals aligned with your vision through a holistic approach. We’ll tackle things internally through various self-exploration exercises, and externally through mindful eating and movement such as yoga and breath work to reconnect with yourself.
You can think of this journey as a thorough weeding of your garden. We’ll remove both the leaves and the roots (composted ofc) to clear the space to cultivate what you desire.
