  • This 12-week online immersion is designed for students who already feel the call to energy work and want to deepen their understanding, embodiment, and confidence as practitioners. Blending traditional Reiki teachings with principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern physics, this program offers both a practical and conceptual framework for working with energy in a grounded, ethical, and intuitive way.

    Rather than focusing solely on technique, this course emphasizes felt experience, energetic literacy, and discernment—helping students understand why energy behaves the way it does, how to work with it skillfully, and what it means to be a clear, grounded channel in everyday life.

  • The program is taught through weekly 90-minute live online sessions, blending:

    • Guided experiential practices

    • Conceptual teaching and discussion

    • Energy sensing and grounding exercises

    • Reflection, journaling, and optional at-home practices

    Students are encouraged to move at a sustainable pace, developing trust in their own perception while staying anchored in clear frameworks and embodied awareness.

    • Introduces physics-based perspectives (frequency, resonance, coherence, fields) to demystify energy work
