1. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the session will be considered forfeited.

2. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened out of consideration for the next client, and full payment will still be required.

3. All purchases for Reiki sessions are final. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, or late cancellations.

Waiver of Liability

I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment. Reiki does not take the place of medical or psychological care, and that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving, and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy, and if I am currently receiving psychiatric care, I will consult with my caregiver to ensure working with a coach is in my best interest at this time.

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in treatment at the chosen location (for whose facilities are being used for my session) may expose me to inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death. I assume all risk of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the treatment, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me.

This is a complete and irrevocable release and waiver of liability. Specifically, and without limitation, I, on behalf of myself, hereby release the Released Parties from any liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of the “Released Parties” negligence. I, on behalf of myself; covenant not to sue the Released Parties for any alleged liabilities, claims, or causes of action released hereunder. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Released Parties from any and all claims resulting from injuries or illness (including death), damages, or loss, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees, sustained by me arising out of, connected with, or in any ways associated with Daisy Sun Life Studios. In consideration of acceptance of my participation, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to hold harmless, waive, and release Daisy Sun Life Studios, participating practitioners, officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, volunteers and successors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in my Reiki session or any other activities and members that are part of Daisy Sun Life Studios.

I hereby release, agree, and understand that this release discharges Daisy Sun Life Studios from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the business with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Daisy Sun Life Studios.
