6-Week Energetic Reiki Reset

This six-week Reiki series provides structured energetic support intended to promote regulation, coherence, and stabilization of the body’s energy system. Sessions are spaced to allow for integration and to reduce the likelihood of energetic or nervous system overwhelm.

This approach may be appropriate for individuals experiencing heightened stress, fatigue, difficulty regulating emotional or energetic states, or those integrating other therapeutic or personal development work. Emphasis is placed on pacing, containment, and practitioner boundaries.

This series includes a total of 8 sessions:

• 1 × 30-minute opening conversation to align on outcome & set direction for our 6-weeks together

• 3 × 60-minute Reiki sessions for focused, in-depth energy work

• 3 × 15-minute Reiki tune-ups to maintain momentum and support integration

• 1 × 30-minute closing session to consolidate progress and establish ongoing self-regulation.
