Join us at our Connection of Mind & Body (Salsa Edition) workshop — a special event to deepen your connection to yourself through movement, reiki, and music.

Connection with another begins with connection in yourself.

This event is open to dancers of all levels who have a desire to feel more confident in their bodies.

In this 90-minute workshop, you will:

  • Practice grounding techniques to yourself

  • Receive reiki for clearing & clarity

  • Refresh your fundamental movement

  • Deepen your connection with your partner

  • Meet like-minded dancers in your community

  • PLAY!

Cost:
